Etna from gloom to grandeur

We will visit one of the most interesting underground caves of lava flow, easily accessible to all. We will cross the various sections marked by the succession of different geometric vaults, as we experience the excitement of treading on the petrified river. Afterwards, going up a stony path through the highest wooded area filled with larch pines, we will stroll along to a wonderful view, right up to the Sea of Catania, along the way to which we will be able to admire the numerous impressive craters under the free flight of the Etna Buzzard. Walking on the fine lava sand we will head towards the very essence of Etna, the majestic and immense Valle del Bove, which we will lord over from the spectacular view offered by the natural terrace of the “Schiena dell’Asino” (“Donkey’s Back”). (Optional and extra-cost) For those who want to relax in the shade to listen to the soft song of the leaves, there is the option of a barbecue, sampling local products accompanied with an excellent wine, within an area equipped with a Park Hideaway.
